I am going to share recipes, the crafts that I make, and my travels. I have an Etsy.com store where I sell the things that I make and I hope you'll visit my store. If you haven't been to Etsy.com, you must go there and see the most amazing handmade things all in one place. I won't get political here, or talk about current events or pop culture, you can follow my on Twitter for that!
For my very first post, I thought I would share a greeting card series I made recently made that I'm really pleased with how they turned out:
This card is 4.25" by 5.5" (standard A2) on 80 lb. Kraft colored cardstock and matching Kraft envelope. My boyfriend found some old dictionaries for me at a local dump's swap shack and the card has the dictionary definition of Faith in the upper right hand corner. I stamped Faith in the lower left hand corner. I used a #5 manilla tag that I made by picking up leftover Distress Ink mixed with Perfect Pearls on my craft mat. I stamped the tag, used some Diamond Stickles and finished it with ribbon. Here are the other 2 cards I made with the same materials:
I hope you enjoyed my first post! Have a great weekend, Michele
